PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS

Experience.

  • ☕︎Continuing to be caretaker for grandmother after her recent surgeries, accompanying to hospital appointments, assisting with medication management, and ensuring consistency with doctors' orders, balancing these responsibilities with individual projects and studying. Now available to work full time after her recent recovery improvements.
  • ☕︎Studying AI/ML technologies such as integrating HuggingFace and OpenAI APIs in categorization/response generation, Google MediaPipe with Tensorflow for gesture tracking, and most recently, Tesseract OCR/RAG with vector databases to learn about Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • ☕︎In the process of completing online courses including Google Project Management, Google UX Design and IBM AI Engineering via Coursera with a plan to join the online Master's degree program in spring or fall of 2026 (University of Illinois iMBA, flexible schedule).
  • ☕︎Expanded on existing school projects by refactoring codebases, improving UX, and adding new features using modern tech stacks.
  • ☕︎Designed and developed personal projects to explore advanced concepts in full-stack development, accessibility, and developer experience.
  • ☕︎Studied UI/UX design, branding, and technical writing practices through hands-on experimentation and reflection.
  • ☕︎Using NextJS, TypeScript, Prisma, AWS and Stripe integration, contributed to building a software tool from scratch for the SEAC Tool Shed nonprofit to streamline renting tools to the Rochester community.
  • ☕︎Decided on the front end technologies and frameworks for the project team to implement as well as the backend with team engineers
  • ☕︎Followed scrum practices according to product manager with Jira, built out the base of the front end prototyped by the UX designer in Figma, and coordinated coding with the back-end team
  • ☕︎Mentored teammates, managed sprint tickets/communication, and ensured accessibility/design alignment using Figma and WCAG standards.
  • ☕︎Met clients biweekly to discuss feedback and direction and build true connections as a team. We completed the year-long project as the winning team among 3 teams.
  • ☕︎Received and acted upon feedback for investigating, debugging and notetaking, further developing an understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • ☕︎Completed transferring a closely coupled set of front end components to different parent components following designs on Figma while communicating with the UX lead and PM.
  • ☕︎Implemented UI testing for front end components, investigated representing components in React Storybook.
  • ☕︎Gained valuable insight into product and UX strategy by shadowing the team lead’s sprint planning and the UX lead’s design system work.
  • ☕︎Learned how technical decisions and user experience design are tightly connected, and how strong collaboration across roles leads to better products
  • ☕︎Took on tickets for new features and bug fixes, reviewed pull requests, incorporated feedback on hard/soft skills, released work into production.
  • ☕︎Worked as full stack developer partaking in Scrum ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • ☕︎Used Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL to build features that improved data clarity, including converting selected table data into downloadable CSVs.
  • ☕︎Experienced using Bitbucket to connect to AWS, gained understanding of significance of scalability and user-centric design in data representation.
  • ☕︎Developed an understanding of full stack development and industry practices as a whole.
  • ☕︎Researched SQL, relational databases, and common queries in relation to situations with classes and students.
  • ☕︎Cultivated curiousity in front end development and back end development in addition to software engineering as a whole.
